Oracle VirtualBox can run VMs created by both VMware Workstation or Server to do this you will need to import vmdk disk files for the VMware Server Virtual Machine into Oracle VirtualBox and then create a Virtual Machine to use the imported disk files.
Steps:
1- Start Oracle Virtual Box
2- Open Virtual Media Manager Menu
3- In the Virtual Media Manager click Add button
4- Choose the vmdk file for the VMware machine and click open
5- Create a new Virtual Machine in Oracle Virtual Box and choose the newly imported vmdk file to be its disk file like step 2 in the previous post

Interesting, Ahmed. I found your post when looking for info on importing a VMWare VM into VirtualBox, so thatI could run an image from VMWare Workstation on Windows 7 on Mac OS X, which isn't supported by VMWare. But when I follow these steps and bring up the Virtual Media Manager, Add is not an available option!
I went ahead and created a VM in VirtualBox, chose to use an existing hard disk, and was able to browse to the vmdk files for my VMWare image. This seems to have worked and the disk image now shows up in the Virtual Media Manager.
Hopefully this helps someone else looking for info on this process...
